Growing up in Landover, Maryland as the son of a successful entrepreneur, Preston A. Bailey always understood the value of hard work and dedication.  As Founder and President of Phenomenal, LLC., his own hard work has certainly paid off.

His ability to build relationships with his clients and make them feel at ease, as well as his ability to think outside the box has earned him a stellar reputation among his clientele.  He has completed multiple million-dollar contracts and attributes his team’s enormous success and growth to his strategic alliances with craftsmen’s and general contractors, who appreciate his commitment to service.

Preston has enjoyed being a resident of Prince George’s County, Maryland for his entire life.  While he is not busy helping his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active.

Growing up in Seabrook, Maryland as the son of a successful entrepreneur and a hardworking Manager at Verizon, Troy Lester always understood the value of hard work and dedication.  

His ability to build relationships with estimators, project managers and suppliers as well as his ability to pay attention to detail have earned him a stellar reputation among our clients.  He has been blessed to provide support to any number of projects from an operational, financial and resource standpoint.  He attributes his team’s enormous success and growth to his strategic alliances and organizational structure that provides the framework for his team’s success which has earned appreciation from general contractors and suppliers for his commitment to service.

Troy has enjoyed being a resident of Prince George’s County, Maryland for his entire life.  He is a graduate of Bowie State University and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.  While he is not busy helping his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, weight training, yoga and cycling.
